56th Avenue gives you the Best of Both Worlds: The coveted "Avenues" on the Isle of Palms provide the privacy one dreams about in a beach vacation. The virtual traffic-free 56th Avenue provides complete safety for young children. The beach access is directly across the Avenue with the ocean only steps from your front door. The 56th Avenue beach is open, quiet and peaceful providing plenty of space to set up camp for the ultimate in relaxation; yet only 200 yards away is the fun and excitement of the Wild Dunes Pavilion. The upscale Wild Dunes Pavillion is a child friendly environment with incredible pools, tiki huts serving food and adult-beverages, an ice cream parlor and many other Wild Dunes amenities.

The house is located outside of the Wild Dunes gates, but still is considered part of the private community. Beginning 01/01/06, guests will have access to the Wild Dunes tennis courts, award-winning golf courses, restaurants and some of the best pools on the island. All of these amenities are within walking distance.

The home is considered second row, however, there is a vacant lot across the street providing guests with ocean-front sights, sounds, and smells without the extra cost. The house actually seems closer to the beach than many of the beach-front houses on the Isle of Palms.

This two-story executive home must be seen to appreciate. The decorating is impeccable. The entire house has just been renovated from top to bottom so you can enjoy all of the premier benefits that one would expect from one of the best houses on the island.

The house has about 5,000 square feet and sleeps 21.
The second floor has amazing ocean views looking out from the front bedrooms behind the long, old-style Charlestonian porch. The master suite on the second floor has a beautiful private sitting area, queen-sized bed, TV, built-in cabinets, a private wet bar, and a custom designed master bathroom.

The 5th and 6th bedrooms are both spacious, tastefully decorated and both step out to the ocean-side porch giving you the best views of all of the bedrooms in the house. They also share a jack and jill bathroom and each have TVs and queen-size beds. The 7th bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, a pack -n- play for small chilren, a private bathroom and a great sundeck off of the back of the house that is as long as the porches to the front.

The bottom level has the 8th bedroom with a queen-size bed, the 6th bathroom (full) and a large playroom  with a pool table, Cable TV,  DVD player, and x-box.

The house is also equipped with an elevator between the bottom floor and the first floor to help loading and unloading all of your belongings.
The first floor has a large central living area with a 30 foot ceiling, built-in cabinets, cable TV, stereo, wireless internet, DVD player. There is also a beautiful formal dining room, modern kitchen with a separate sitting area, laundry room, screened-in porch and half-bath. This floor's decorative attention to detail and open floor plan make it a great gathering place.

The master bedroom on the first floor is luxurious with a king-sized bed and a huge, wide open master bathroom fully equipped with a large jazuzzi tub, dual shower head marble shower area, and plenty of room. There's also a 2nd bedroom attached to the master that is perfect for children. The 3rd bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed, built in cabinets, stereo and a window facing the ocean so you can hear the waves as you fall asleep.
